We commissioned this solar PV system in Kyalami.
It was the first time we mounted the PV panels on a flat roof and Renusol’s ConSole+ assembly system was so easy to use. I was very impressed with how well the East-West orientation came out.
Once again we paired Victron’s Easysolar inverter with Pylontech’s lithium ion batteries. It is a perfect match and the team did a great job with the installation and I thank them for their attention to detail. Also thanks to Mpumi for giving us the opportunity and trusting us with the project.
This house in Sunninghill already had an inverter and batteries for load shedding and power outages.
We were approached to add solar PV panels so that solar energy can power the house during the day and also charge the batteries.

Yes, as Eskom always surprises us, it was yesterday afternoon as we finished commissioning that it implemented Level 2 load shedding. Within 5 minutes we switched on this beautiful 3 kW Victron Easysolar II and life continued in the household. Those who have seen our previous installations will notice the difference. The inverter, MPPT and colour control are packed into this one unit. We have paired it with Pylontech’s lithium ion batteries and Canadian Solar panels.
